History of NIMCHN

Northern Indiana Maternal and Child Health Network, Inc. (NIMCHN) is a not-for-profit agency founded in 2005 by two registered nurses, Melinda Konrath and Heidi Pollard. They saw that the need for reproductive health services for low income families in Northern Indiana was greater than the resources available and felt that they could make a difference. Their goal was "simple"…improve the maternal and child health outcomes in Northern Indiana.

Konrath and Pollard are passionate about providing health care services that support healthy lifestyle choices. They encourage anyone who is need of reproductive health care services, regardless of their insurance status or ability to pay, to contact their offices for an appointment. At NIMCHN you will receive treatment without difficulty or judgment.
